Innovation
Since 1997, our teams having been thinking of and designing products with innovative technical features and a novel design. We are continuously looking for that extra something that will satisfy consumers’ expectations not only as far as our products are concerned but also our services.
Quality: a priority for always serving you the best!
Quality is our priority. Therefore we are doing all our best to develop secure and functioning products.
Upstream, we carry out tests in certified laboratories in order to confirm the perfect conformity of our products to the French and European standards. We also regularly control our production in order to maintain this quality level.
We are continuously seeking to improve our product requirements specifications by considering all comments made by our customers. For instance, with the multifunctional appliance Bébédélice, we realised that many consumers mixed too long despite the maximum mixer time warning on the product. Therefore we are now trying to produce a more resistant appliance.
Downstream, an after sales technician equipped with a controlling room is treating the product returns with a technical eye. Depending on the return rate per product, R & D actions are being undertaken.
All these procedures allow to structure our quality service in order to guarantee the best service.
Closeness
Direct contact with customers is essential for the brand. So we set up "Baby Tendance" meetings that bring together young parents who share their experiences with us and tell us what they want.
